Gemini HR helps businesses that operate largely without their own Senior Human Resources Professional. Our HR Consultants aim to build strong relationships with our customers to enable us to tailor solutions to meet their business needs.

We have experience of working with small and medium sized organisations across a diverse range of business sectors including care agencies, charities, architects, building contractors, engineers, property agents, recruitment agencies, and retail outlets.

Behind Gemini HR Consultancy are the founder members Pat Hobbs and Maureen Phipps, who both have more than twenty years experience of working in Human Resources and in managing successful teams.

MAUREEN HAS...

• Experience in successfully managing many diverse operational functions including Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Development and Company Payroll.
• Created and developed a highly effective National Recruitment team for a large financial institution, liaising closely with third parties to negotiate preferential rates.
• Written and developed company policies and procedures, including Recruitment, Discipline and Grievance, Email and Internet, Family Friendly and Staff Retention.
• Managed a team providing help and advice to employees during an extended company closure period, including Outplacement, Redeployment and the application of TUPE.
• Experience in delivering training presentations and company presentations on a range of subjects.
